Live, taking work

Mo'Websites

The studio, live at mowebsites.co.za and taking work. I build web and light systems for South African small businesses: sites wired to their own analytics from day one, booking and payment flows that actually complete, and small internal tools and dashboards. Not brochure sites.

Need a website for your business, an online store, a booking or payment flow, or some small tool that does actual work? If what you need isn't on my packages, ask anyway. The interesting jobs usually aren't.

01 Problem

Small businesses in South Africa are sold brochure sites: a few pages, a contact form, no analytics, and no idea whether any of it works. The parts that would actually help, like a booking flow that completes or a dashboard that answers a question, get treated as out of scope.

02 Approach

Web plus light infrastructure, scoped and priced end to end. A site is wired to the client's own analytics from day one, the flows that make money are built to complete, and the internal tools and dashboards that run the business ship alongside the public pages.

03 Architecture

React and Tailwind on the front, deployed to Netlify or Firebase Hosting depending on what the build needs. Each site is pointed at the client's own custom domain once they have one. Live dashboards are wired into Looker Studio against the real data sources, so clients see traffic, leads and ROI without pulling reports by hand.

  • Sites wired to the client's own analytics from day one, not handed over blind
  • Working booking and payment flows, not contact forms that go nowhere
  • Small internal tools and dashboards for the work that runs the business
  • Live Looker Studio dashboards in place of manual monthly reports
  • Tracked referral links, so a client can see which channel brought the traffic

04 A decision I am proud of

For the Mosia Farms dashboard I replaced a manual monthly report with a live Looker Studio view wired to the real data sources, so the client stopped paying for work a dashboard could do on its own.

05 Outcome

A small book of delivered client sites, flows and dashboards: the Citrus Aura storefront selling in Rands, and Mosia Farms running on live traffic and referral data instead of manual spreadsheets. The studio itself is live at mowebsites.co.za, where the packages, pricing and quote flow sit.
